Didn’t work. Missing part of shipment.

The leather cleaner didn’t work at all, and in fact made the spot I was trying to remove even worse. Also I ordered and paid for a cleaning brush that was not included in the shipment. Don’t get duped!

Hi Nathan, Thank you for your purchase as a family business we appreciate it greatly, I'm truly sorry we didn’t ship the brush to you, this rarely happens but things can happen. We are human. I just wish you had reached out and messaged us that the moment your package arrived we would have fixed this immediately. I emailed you right away when the review was posted, and heard nothing back from you, i want to help and resolve this issue. We will send the brush out asap for you once again. We are sorry we missed this. With aniline leather you can’t spot clean you have to clean the entire thing, not cleaning the entire section can leave marks behind, aniline is a very absorbent leather and as such anything that touches it can leave a stain, but in your case it looks like you scrubbed way to hard which has made the area go lighter in color removing some of the dye in the process.
Aniline is very delicate and requires a great deal of care and regular protection to avoid stains and damage occurring.
